11th hour

11 Nov

I’ve got minutes to write this post to make it count for the Daily Post or Post a Day.

if you don’t know what a Jonh Deere tractor looks like [IMAGE SOURCE]

I had lined up a hundred things to write [in my mind] and have forgotten all of them. All I can remember is that one helluva JD ride from one of the farmers.  All right, before you get any ideas it was a John Deere Tractor that I see rarely. So this JD tractor was there and I went out and sweet talked the farmer [going to the market, I guess] to let me ride with him for a minute. I didn’t want to go too far and then come back walking again. Not a health-junkie [remember, I’ve started to smoke]. The ride was bumpy but I loved every second of it, literally. I also loved the strong breeze and I felt like I was a child again.

That’s all…. before my time’s up!!!

The JD people are good folk… I have been to Waterloo several times for business but one time, it was so cold…
